Sourdough Raisin Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup raisin bran
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sourdough discard
Instructions
- This recipe is mixed by hand.
- Mix egg, sugar, oil, milk and sourdough discard until well mixed.
- Stir in flour, raisin bran, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a muffin pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each space about 2/3 full.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy! Recipe by Carolyn
